The outside bets are as follows:

- column bet – the chip is placed at the end of a column in one of the boxes “2 to 1”. It covers the whole column. If the ball lands on any of these 12 numbers, you win;
- dozen bet – the chip is placed in one of the boxes as follows: 1st 12, 2nd 12 and 3rd 12 and covers 12 numbers. If the ball lands on any of these 12 numbers, you win;
- red or black – the chip is placed on “red” or “black” outside field (below 2nd 12). It covers all red or all black numbers;
- even or odd – the chip is placed on “even” or “odd” outside field. It covers all even or all odd numbers;
- low or high – the chip is placed on 1 to 18 (low) or 19 to 36 (high) outside field. It covers 18 numbers.
