The roulette is always given as an example for a game where is impossible to achieve a priority over casino. Any bet or combination of bets has negative mathematical expectations for the player. Nevertheless, every generation of players try to invent its own mathematical or statistical system that will allow to achieve positive results i.e. to win. Of course, nobody can forbid you that. Please, try, be my guest!
Since we don’t want you to discover America again, we’ll introduce you the most popular systems used by players for years. One of these popular systems and probably the oldest one is the so called Martingale system. It says that after every loss, the player should double his bet until he wins. After every win, he should come back to his original bet. This system is used usually in even money bets – black/red; high/low; odd/even. Although the system has a lot of disadvantages, it is the most popular system used by players even now. Another popular system is d’Alembert system. The main idea of the system is that after very loss a player should bet more than he lost.  Applying this system to even money bets, you should increase your bet after every loss and decrease your bet after winning. The main disadvantage of this system is that there is a possibility for a player to have series of losses which will lead to losing his money or reaching the table limit. The same disadvantage as in Martingale system.
